RELAXATION EXERCISES

These are some exercises to help you with relaxation and general stress reduction. We know that stress hormones cause us to feel like eating more.

As you manage stress in 'non-edible' ways you will be moving in healthy directions. As my mother would say to us as children about trying new clothes, food or activity, "Try it once and if you don't like it then at least you'll know why." So my advice is to try each of these exercises and then reuse the ones that work best for you.
